No, we are not a building somewhere that provides pregnancy tests, limited pregnancy verification ultra-sounds, parenting classes, diapers, amateur peer counseling, etc.
All the services we provide are accessed remotely by computer or smartphone. All our medical and counseling services are provided by trained healthcare professionals. Our purpose is to provide accurate, true, and medically accepted information about all the choices available to a woman facing an unplanned or unexpected pregnancy. Based on the information we provide, a woman is empowered to make the best choice for her pregnancy.
In Macedonia, and the Balkans, we have developed a campaign that is called Now What? Through a series of concise ads, we pose these and other questions into the marketplace: Pregnant? Now What? Recent Abortion? Now What? Miscarriage? Now What? Infertility? Now What? Reproductive Loss? Now What?
These ads are then made available through Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms. A person who searches any of these topics will have a pop-up ad appear in their stream.
We are currently developing a similar U.S. campaign that you can find on our KAYC page.
We are available to any woman facing an unplanned pregnancy, reproductive loss or reproductive health issue.
However, our target market are those women who are predisposed to an abortion choice. Informed consent as well as knowing ALL the pros and cons of every choice is essential in the empowering of women.
Empowering women to make the best choice for their pregnacy without judgement, without agenda, without politics.
Yes, Know All Your Choices is a wholly owned subsidiary of our 501c3 non-profit organization. All gifts are tax deductible pursuant to IRS guidelines and will be receipted for your annual taxes.
Absolutely not. The services these organizations provide are essential for many of the women they serve. However, the efforts of Know All Your Choices International are targeted to women who are facing a Pregnancy Choice and are predisposed to or intending to make an abortion choice. These women need accurate and complete patient informed consent prior to making their choice. Our team of professionals make sure women receive all the information needed to make the best choice for their pregnancy.
Yes, for three years our partner Lydia was authorized by the Macedonian government to provide direct patient counseling to women who had scheduled an abortion procedure at the local hospital (where most abortion procedures occur). Of the women we met with, 25% cancelled their scheduled abortion procedure and made a different choice for their pregnancy. The 75% that proceeded with their abortion choice did so fully informed and comfortable with their choice.
Unlike the traditional Pregnancy Resource model utilized throughout the U.S, which requires more than $1500 to serve each of their clients, the Know All Your Choices model allocates $100 to serve each patient. This is a significant cost savings that allows us to do more advertising and hire more professional staff. Since we operate remotely, our office overhead is also significantly reduced.
Pretty much all of it. Since we are a remote effort, there is considerably less overhead. Our marketing is focused on "empowering women to make the best choice for thier pregnacy." Our staff are paid wages that are comparable within the medical and counseling communities. And, we are on target to serve 100 clients per month.
Our plan is to have 125 Supporting Partners that support our efforts monthly. Most of these Supporting Partners are traditional Pregnancy Resource Centers and non-profits, as well as church and institutional supporters.
Absolutely. Individuals do currently support Know All Your Choices International. We would love to get you and your family engaged with the effort tangibly through Skype and Zoom calls and short-term visits when the COVID-19 restrictions are lifted. Your book club, small group, or bible study can also become a Supporting Partner.
Yes, you certainly can. Private and Public Foundations are able to support us since we are a 501c3 non-profit organization.
This would be very encouraging to those who are interested in becoming Supporting Partners. We do not engage in traditional “fundraising events” that could be misconstrued as competition for the other non-profits and traditional Pregnancy Resource Centers in your community. We always want to encourage support for these essential efforts. But there are several different ways we could utilize a matching gift.
