One of our Mission-Pro Business Partners designates one day a year to take his entire 80 person staff into the community to serve together. All his staff are paid their normal salary for the day while they clean, repair, paint, rake, plant, and improve the facility and grounds of his favorite non-profits. He shares with them why he and his business are involved and then gives each employee an option to help financially. He even matches their gifts dollar for dollar.
Sometimes we make a presentation to key personnel or the entire staff to share the company’s partnership with us. These presentations are effective ways to help others recognize the results we are getting as well as provide a format to explore new ideas for Mission-PRO.
